This Privacy Policy explains how SWMO Exteriors and Construction ("SWMO," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website. We are an exterior and construction company based in Rocky Comfort, MO, serving the four-state area of Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas.
This policy covers this website only. Work we perform for you may also be covered by a separate written estimate or agreement.

- Quote requests. When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address and/or phone number, town, the service you're interested in, and the project details you choose to share.
- Accessibility requests. When you use the form on our Accessibility page, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, your preferred way to be contacted, the page or content involved, a description of the issue, and any optional details you choose to share, such as assistive technology you use or a format you need.
- Calls and emails. If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever information you share, such as your phone number, email address and the contents of your message.
Please don't include sensitive information, such as financial account numbers or health details, in a form or email. If you share information about a disability in an accessibility request, we use it only to respond to that request.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems.
- Your cookie choice. If you accept or decline in our cookie banner, your browser stores that choice on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
- Visit statistics, only if you accept. If you click "Accept" in our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, whether you tapped to call or sent a form, and general details like your approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it never loads.
This website does not use advertising pixels or advertising cookies, and we have turned off Google's advertising features.

We keep inquiry and request information for as long as we need it to respond, to carry out any work you hire us for, and to maintain reasonable business records. After that, we delete it or keep it only where the law requires. Our service providers keep server logs and submissions according to their own retention practices.

- Delete information we hold about you, unless we need to keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons
